The Supermoon brings with it it heightened emotions and a powerful energy of release. If you have been holding onto past emotions, you will see them coming to the surface. It might feel uncomfortable, but just know that is is coming for healing.

When we hold onto anger or negative emotions for years, it festers in our body as physical ailments. Hence it is important to release and let go for your good health and peace of mind.

So allow things to come to the surface instead of brushing it under the carpet.

11/11 opens the gateway of transformation. If you have been feeling a lot of emotions surfacing, this is because this energy portal is bringing it out to be released.

Allow yourself to feel angry, allow yourself to cry. Release all negative emotions with breath or write them on a piece of paper and burn them.

When we release what is not serving us- fear, anger, jealousy, sadness, etc, we create space for new energy to enter.

After releasing you can do intention-setting by writing down your desires and meditating on them 🧘‍♀️
