At Flow Yoga Studio, we believe strength and flow belong together. Flow Strength is a dynamic 45-minute class that combines intentional strength training with active recovery flows — so you build real muscle and connect to your deep core.

What to expect:

🔥 Functional strength training woven into your practice
🧘 Active recovery flows for balance and mobility
💙 Low heat sanctuary room (a comfortable 72°) — challenging yet approachable
