If you’ve ever wanted to build real functional strength without the heat, the intensity, or the “you need experience to be here” energy — this class was made for you.

Yoga Strength is a 45-minute, no-heat format that blends yoga fundamentals with bodyweight strength work. Core stability, balance, and the kind of full-body conditioning that supports every other thing you do in life — whether that’s hiking a trail in Golden, chasing kids around the yard, or just moving through your day without discomfort.

No experience necessary. Every level welcome.

Ever wonder what’s actually happening inside your body during a yoga class?🧘🏻

Within the first few minutes, your heart rate steadies and cortisol — your primary stress hormone — begins to drop. As you move through postures, your muscles lengthen, blood flow increases to joints that rarely get attention, and your brain starts releasing GABA, a neurotransmitter linked to reduced anxiety and improved mood.

By the time you reach Savasana, your nervous system has shifted into a genuine rest-and-digest state. That floaty, clear feeling at the end of class? That’s real, measurable biology.
