💪🏻We have more strength classes coming your way! Our strength format is intended to move slow, without the heat, to build balance, awareness, bone strength, and to support your Yoga practice.

• Tuesdays 7:30 & 8:30am starts TUESDAY 3/4
• Wednesdays at 12:00 going strong
• Fridays 12:00 Yoga Burn*
• Saturdays 8 & 9am Yoga Burn* starts mid March
• Sundays 8 & 9am

All levels welcome! Even if you have never picked up a dumbbell heavier than 10 pounds before. This is the class for everyone.

*Yoga Burn on Fridays, and coming soon on Saturdays is a combo class of yoga with lighter weights, with more of a workout style format with some cardio.
