Welcome to Mindful Healing. I typically use a holistic approach which may include mindfulness meditation, yoga and Usui Reiki. I believe that using a broad array of therapeutic options and a comprehensive approach builds trusting relationships with my clients and leads them to create their own wellness integrated lifestyles.
