Parker Personal Care Homes We are a well-established Program-Approved Service Agency, providing supports for individuals with disabilities since 1995.

PPCH offers residential and vocational services, behavioral and psychological services, foster care services, and much more. Founded in 1995, we are a well-established organization that provides a large variety of services. The supports that we offer include: Foster Care Services, Children's Extensive Supports, Supported Living Services, Host Homes, Group Homes, Community Participation Services, Supported Community Connections, Specialized Habilitation, Independent Living Services and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

We believe that we have one of the most important jobs there is: enhancing the quality of peoples' lives. We take the time to gather the right tools and identify the appropriate resources so that we are enabled to provide individuals ample opportunities to make informed and healthy choices about their lives. Our mission is to build an inclusive and supportive community for the people we serve, and we are doing just that, one individual at a time.

Our new PPCH office, at 323 S. Union Ave in Pubelo, is opening this fall. Our Pueblo office is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood near the Pueblo Riverwalk, and it even backs up to the city’s vibrant Neon Alley, home to some of Colorado’s most colorful art and local history.

Meet Jessica, a valued member of the King Soopers team for the past five years through PPCH’s Community Integrated Employment program. As a Courtesy Clerk, Jessica is known for her dedication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. She’s been recognized as one of the best back-up cashiers in the store, always ready to step in and support her team.

Jessica takes pride in her work and loves being part of the King Soopers family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family and staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of her time off.
