At a time when we might need a sense of community more than ever I wanted to share that I will be facilitating another women's empowerment group on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 pm. The format of this group has shifted a bit in hopes of better meeting the needs of those participating. I've also updated the flyer. See below for details. I am excited to announce the next women's group starting in the new year! Grateful to continue to do telehealth and especially thankful to see and be a part of the connection and community the women who've participated in have created. Registration is now open for the winter series of the women’s empowerment group staring Monday November 9.
There’s a lot happening in the world right now. You might find that you’re needing a space to process what this year has brought and reconnect with what is important. This group could be a great opportunity to do this in community with other women in a meaningful way. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested and would like more information. Summer is here and so is the next group workshop and series of Present Not Perfect Women's Empowerment Group. With so much about our lives and world has shifted over the past few months, you might be finding it difficult to connect with yourself or others. You are not alone. It is okay to need and want more support right now. This group can provide a safe, welcoming, and kind space to nurture yourself. Come and be heard, seen, empowered and inspired in your life.

Last night was the final session of my women's empowerment group and I was left feeling incredibly full and grateful for the power of women and the sacred space that was created among this particular group women. A little over halfway through their experience we had to transition our group to telehealth and we were all a little hesitant to how this change might impact our ability to connect meaningfully with one another. As we wrapped up last night it felt powerful hearing each one of the women reflect on how surprisingly and naturally their connection among one another sustained the switch to our virtual space.
All that to say I am rather excited to continue providing women a space to connect and share themselves with one another and I am encouraged that the strength of the bonds of connection and the power of the group process can and does happen even in the virtual space.
The next group will be starting this coming Monday April 6. There are a few spots left. Reach out soon to register and take part in this meaningful experience.
