WORKSHOP 1: FREE YOUR HIPS October 5

Our hips are central to how we move and how we feel. This session focuses on alignment based strengthening exercises and somatic stretching to create space, ease pain and improve stability and balance.

WORKSHOP 2: INVEST IN YOUR SPINE October 19

Our back deserves care and attention. This workshop gently supports the spine through strengthening exercise, restorative movement and yoga sequences to relieve pain, improve posture and move more freely.

WORKSHOP 3: DESTRESS YOUR NECK & SHOULDERS November 2

Chronic tensions in the neck and shoulders can affect your posture, how you breathe and restrict daily activities. This workshop offers gentle somatic movement, fascia stretches and restorative yoga sequences to unwind upper body tension and release pain.
