NEW ADDRESS for B1 Yoga! NOW located in the historic Mathews House 1-room schoolhouse at 39 Mt. Airy-Harbourton Rd., Lambertville, NJ. The schoolhouse does not have an actually street address. It is located behind the Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church right on Mt. Airy-Harbourton Rd. (County Rt. 601). Just 100 yards behind the old studio space. Come on by and feel the good vibes! It's a sweet place!

YEAR 4 is underway at B1 Yoga!!! To celebrate B1 Yoga is undergoing a face lift! A NEW FLOOR from Zebra Yoga Floor is going in today! It will be a joyful experience practicing on this new floor -- warmer in winter for one and safer for sure! I can't wait til you all get to walk on this new floor! No other studio around has this flooring technology. So stoked!

Things are getting moved around so we have more room to practice together, too! You'll be so surprised when you come in for class!

SINGING BOWLS sound meditations will be awesome on this new floor -- our reclined relaxation postures will be nicely supported. So come to Ascension Healing Crystal Singing Bowls this Wednesday night, 9/27, at the studio! 7:30 pm. Faye Nulman and her giant crystal singing bowls as well as Native American flute and crystal triangle will guide us through a fabulous, relaxing, healing sound meditation. Every singing bowls meditation is different. Not to be missed. Faye only comes to B1 a handful of times each year.

EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional health is essential for physical health. No matter how dedicated we may be to good diet and lifestyle habits, we can not achieve ideal mind/body healing with emotional barriers in the way. Using the same principles of acupressure, the EFT technique places pressure from the tips of our fingers on head and body meridian points to release congested energy. Faye, a 10-year EFT practitioner, will teach us specific tapping locations. Faye's cheery, warm personality will lead us through affirmation methodology to "short-circuit" emotional blocks whether from trauma, abuse, addiction, pain, etc. We will practice self and group EFT.
