🔥 My Secret to Beating the Winter Blues: Sunlighten Infrared! 🔥

I have some personal news to share! I finally took the plunge and got a Sunlighten Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna for my house, and let me tell you—its going to be a total life-saver in this Michigan winter! ❄️🧘‍♀️

While this one is just for my home use (my little sanctuary!), I wanted to share why I’m so obsessed with it. Unlike a traditional sauna, "Full Spectrum" infrared uses three different wavelengths to really get deep into the body:
