Recover and Recharge During the Holidays

Between cooking, hosting, shopping, wrapping, and traveling, your body has done a lot these past few weeks - and it’s still going! It’s normal to feel tightness in the shoulders, lower back fatigue, or general tension during the holiday rush.

If you’ve been meaning to give but haven’t made it by yet, there’s still time. Every blanket, set of pajamas, and toiletry item helps remind these kids that they are seen, loved, and not forgotten this Christmas. ❤️

Travel Tips for a Pain-Free Holiday ✈️

Holiday travel often means long hours in the car or sitting through flights — and your spine feels every minute of it. When we sit too long, the muscles that support your lower back fatigue, circulation slows, and joints stiffen.

Before you leave, take a moment to set yourself up for success:

*Lumbar support: Use a small pillow, rolled towel, or travel cushion behind your lower back.

*Seat adjustments: Recline slightly and ensure your hips and knees stay level.

*Movement breaks: Every 45–60 minutes, stand, walk, or stretch to restore blood flow and ease pressure on your spine.
