🌱 Starting this week! There's still time and space to join. Release and reset for the new year. It's been a challenging time for many. This class is for women/feminine identities who may have a trauma history, have been through something that continues to show up through physical symptoms like chronic headaches/pain etc, or are struggling with ongoing chronic stress as well as grief and loss. This would be recommended for workplace stress/secondary trauma such as healthcare workers, nonprofit social services, and emergency responders as well. You will NOT be asked to share your personal history during the class for the privacy of attendees.
We cannot separate mind and body from one another. Come be supported and learn how to drop into the body with safety to access a deeper sense of calm and sense of grounded self to take with you outside of class. Release what no longer serves and strengthen the ability to be present with your body.
We recommend attending all classes if you can as the skills build week to week. However, you may sign up for individual weeks if that's what works best for you.
