Case Manager – SUD/MH (Columbus Office)

Sunrise Recovery is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support clients in our Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health programs. This role focuses on care coordination, resource linkage, life‑skills support, and helping clients build stability in recovery.

Highlights:

-Connect clients to housing, employment, medical, legal, and benefits resources
-Assist with treatment planning, intakes, assessments, and goal tracking
-Provide CPST services, transportation, and documentation in EHR
-Requires experience in SUD/MH, strong organization, and a valid driver’s license

Pay: $17–$20/hr

Sunrise Recovery is hiring a Clinical Director to lead clinical and case management teams. This leadership role oversees compliance, quality assurance, and program development.

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable individual to join our team and help support men in recovery in a structured, supportive housing environment.

📍 Location: Reynoldsburg Area

🔧 Position Responsibilities:
• Provide transportation for clients (mileage reimbursement included)
• Ensure a safe, structured, and compliant living environment
• Complete client intakes, belongings searches, and drug screens
• Support daily operations within the housing program
• Complete case management service documentation
• Encourage accountability, routine, and recovery-focused living
• Room Searches, UDS, & more!

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Experience in SUD and/or mental health field (required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
