Orchard Manor is a skilled nursing facility serving adults in need of a short term rehabilitation stay or long-term residential care. The core of Orchard Manor is the people who live and work here- our residents, our volunteers, and our staff. Our philosophy is visible for all to see, in the stained glass window that proclaims “… Adding Years to Life & Life to Years…”. Like the tree shown with our name, Orchard Manor has roots that go deep into the community and form a firm foundation upon which to grow. Like the many branches of the tree, each of our residents is a unique individual needing loving care and a safe haven in which to live life to its fullest.

April Fools’ fun was in full swing at Orchard Manor today! 😄

There were jokes and laughs around every corner, but one prank really “took the cake”… or should we say donuts! 🍩 Some residents and activity staff teamed up to create some very realistic-looking donuts made out of… you guessed it… toilet paper! 😂

They may have looked delicious, but they definitely weren’t on the menu! What good sports everyone was today—thank you to all who joined in and helped make the day so full of laughter and smiles.

A Little About You:
I’m a 24-year-old CNA who is passionate about caring for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. I’m empathetic, compassionate, and loving, and I take pride in providing respectful, supportive care that helps others feel safe, valued, and comfortable.

Healthcare Experience:
I began my healthcare career at 16 when I got my CNA certification and I have been working in long-term care ever since. Over the past eight years, I have provided compassionate, hands-on care to my residents while building strong skills. By May, I will have nearly nine years of experience being a CNA.

Family / Leisure:
In my free time, I enjoy staying active with my two energetic Labrador retrievers, often playing fetch or tug-of-war. I also value spending quality time with my boyfriend and close friends.

Our IID Unit had a wonderful Lunch-In Day! 🥪🥗

Residents planned a special meal from start to finish. They went shopping for the ingredients, helped prepare the food, and then enjoyed sitting down together to share the lunch they created.

It was a great time filled with teamwork, independence, and lots of smiles. We are so proud of everyone who helped make it happen! 👏😊
