Orchard Manor Nursing Home- Grant County Located in the pines of Lancaster, Orchard Manor is your local skilled and intermediate care facility

Orchard Manor is a skilled nursing facility serving adults in need of a short term rehabilitation stay or long-term residential care. The core of Orchard Manor is the people who live and work here- our residents, our volunteers, and our staff. Our philosophy is visible for all to see, in the stained glass window that proclaims “… Adding Years to Life & Life to Years…”. Like the tree shown with our name, Orchard Manor has roots that go deep into the community and form a firm foundation upon which to grow. Like the many branches of the tree, each of our residents is a unique individual needing loving care and a safe haven in which to live life to its fullest.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day from all of us at Orchard Manor! 🎉

Today we celebrate the incredible team that makes Orchard Manor such a special place. Each and every employee is a key part of what makes our facility the place to be!

A big shout out to our amazing dietary department for preparing delicious wraps and other goodies for staff to enjoy in the breakroom today. Your thoughtfulness helped make the day extra special! 🌯

To add a little extra fun to the day, some of our leadership team even dressed up in costumes and paraded around the building to spread smiles and appreciation throughout the facility! 🎭🎉

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Your dedication, compassion, and hard work help make our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home.

Congratulations to our March Employee of the Month! 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Frankie Munns, LPN as our March Employee of the Month! 👏💙

Frankie is a wonderful part of our team and is known for the compassion, dedication, and care she provides to our residents every day. Her kindness and commitment help make Orchard Manor a special place for both residents and staff.

When she’s not at work, Frankie loves spending time with her three grandsons. She enjoys watching them play football and baseball and cheering them on from the sidelines. She also enjoys gardening in her free time. 🌱

We decided to shake things up a little and spread some smiles throughout the building today! 😄

Some of our team surprised staff and residents by drinking out of anything but a cup! From dog bowls to glue bottles and everything in between — you never knew what you were going to see next!

Laughter truly is the best medicine, and it’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to have fun together. Thank you to our awesome staff for being such good sports and helping create joyful memories for everyone in our home! 💛
