Orchard Manor is a skilled nursing facility serving adults in need of a short term rehabilitation stay or long-term residential care. The core of Orchard Manor is the people who live and work here- our residents, our volunteers, and our staff. Our philosophy is visible for all to see, in the stained glass window that proclaims “… Adding Years to Life & Life to Years…”. Like the tree shown with our name, Orchard Manor has roots that go deep into the community and form a firm foundation upon which to grow. Like the many branches of the tree, each of our residents is a unique individual needing loving care and a safe haven in which to live life to its fullest.

A huge thank you to the Potosi art class for spending time with our residents! 🎨✨

We loved seeing the creative projects they brought to share, and the residents especially enjoyed the time spent chatting and getting to know these talented students.

The highlight of the visit was making Christmas cards together—a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season with joy, creativity, and connection. ❤️🎄

Good luck to all the hunters out there! 🦌
We had a fun early start to the season here at Orchard Manor on Thursday — getting our maintenance and activities staff to run around like deer definitely brought out some laughs!

It was a great opportunity for residents to share opening day stories and reminisce about all those classic deer camp memories. 🍂

🎳 Strikes, Smiles, and Shared Moments! 🎳

We had another wonderful outing to Pioneer Lanes , and it reminded us once again that everyone can enjoy bowling! Our activity staff use a gentle hand-over-hand approach to help any resident who needs support so they can take a whirl at rolling the ball, too.

From big cheers to little victories, the joy on everyone’s faces says it all. Thank you, Pioneer Lanes, for always making us feel welcome! ❤️🎳

We had the sweetest visit this Saturday as the 4-H Bombers stopped by Orchard Manor for a fun craft session. Residents and kids teamed up to make snowman hat table decorations, and the smiles were just as festive as the crafts! ⛄✨

We’re so grateful for the time, creativity, and joy they brought into our home.
