Part-Time Nanny Position for Glenmoore Family
Position Location
This position is located in Glenmoore, PA. The property features a fenced yard and an in-ground pool (depth: 3-8 feet). The household includes three friendly dogs. While the family manages all pet care, the nanny may occasionally need to let the dogs outside when both parents are unavailable.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (21 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour based on experience
Benefits:
On-the-books position with guaranteed hours and pay

Position Overview
The family is seeking a dedicated, reliable nanny to provide care for their 1-year-old little boy. This is a role focused exclusively on one child in a home-based setting with no driving requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide attentive care and supervision for the child throughout the day
Diaper changing and toileting assistance
Meal and snack preparation, feeding, and cleanup after meals
Maintain cleanliness of toy room and play areas
Plan and supervise developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day
Engage in creative, screen-free play and enrichment
Manage nap time routines
Take walks around the neighborhood using the family's stroller
Follow the family's established daily routines
May be present during in-home swim lessons (beginning May when pool opens)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of paid childcare experience working with infants and toddlers
Current CPR and First Aid certification required
Swimming ability required - Must be a confident swimmer due to pool on property
Experience caring for toddlers (ages 1-3), including understanding developmental stages
Strong ability to manage toddler behaviors, tantrums, and challenging moments with patience
Skill in positive redirection techniques and gentle discipline approaches
Excellent health record with consistent attendance and minimal sick days
Non-smoker/non-vaper required
Comfortable and confident around friendly dogs
Excellent references from previous families
Must be willing to complete a background check and ten-panel drug test
Mandatory Requirements
Confidentiality and Privacy
Candidate must sign contractual agreement prohibiting:
Taking photos or videos of the child, family home, pets, or any family belongings
Posting about work or the family on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Disclosing the family's address, location, or any identifying information
Sharing any information about the family with anyone or online
Health and Wellness Policy
The family seeks a candidate with strong overall health and reliable attendance
Nanny must stay home when ill to prevent transmission to the child
For serious child illnesses (fever, stomach bug, flu, COVID), parents will provide care
Minor colds are manageable, but significantly contagious illnesses require time off
Household Policies
Smoke-free requirement: No smoking or va**ng. If you live with smokers, you must arrive with no smoke odor on clothing
Shoes-off home: Please remove outdoor shoes at the door. You may bring clean indoor slippers or house shoes
No phone access for child: The 1-year-old is not permitted to touch or use phones to maintain consistent boundaries
Screen Time Policy
The family limits screen time and does not want the child in front of the TV or electronics throughout the day. Family is seeking someone who enjoys hands-on, creative, engaging activities with toddlers.
