Position Overview
A Lancaster-based family is seeking a caring and reliable childcare professional to provide consistent care for their newborn, starting May 4, 2026. Both parents are small business owners who require flexible, dependable support to balance their professional responsibilities with their growing family.

Schedule
Primary Schedule: Weekdays 12pm-5pm M-TH and Fridays 11am-4pm
Occasional Weekend Support: 6-8 times per year due to National Guard training commitments and weekend wedding business obligations
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $24-$29 per hour, commensurate with experience
Guaranteed Hours and Pay: Consistent weekly hours with guaranteed compensation
Generous paid time off :50 hours of paid time off after 3 months

Requirements
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification required
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of paid infant and toddler care experience
Driving: Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Vaccination: Must be current with Tdap
Screening: Must be willing to submit to a background check and ten-panel drug test

About the Position
Keystone Nannies LLC is seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny on behalf of a wonderful family in West Chester, PA. This family has a newborn son (currently 7.5 weeks old) who will be approximately 3.5 months at the start date, and a friendly 1-year-old Cockapoo. They are looking for a confident, warm professional who can provide expert newborn care while managing baby-related household tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
Newborn Care
Provide expert care for the family's infant son, including feeding, diaper changes, and establishing healthy sleep routines
Monitor developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate activities
Maintain detailed records of feedings, naps, and daily activities
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment
Household Support
Complete baby-related laundry and organize nursery/baby items
Prepare and clean up from baby meals and bottles
Straighten up common areas and maintain tidy play spaces
Assist with light meal prep as needed
Pet Care (Occasional)
Comfortable interacting with the family's Cockapoo
Willing to assist with occasional dog walking or feeding when needed (primarily parents' responsibility)
