First goal of 2026 completed✅

I finished my certification as a Biblical Wellness Coach! 🙏🔥🥳

In it I learned how faith, frequency and physiology work together and how the Scriptures activate the nervous system. Where peace reigns, healing begins as the nervous system regulates.

I now have new tools and exercises that clients can use as they walk in healing emotionally and strengthen their identity in Christ. True identity is something I am very passionate about (if you’ve read my book Doorway to Freedom you’ll know).

This is my morning view when I woke up… and the view from my office while i drink ny coffee…

The peacefulness and silence. Beauty and peace.

The sky only lasted this blue for a bit. Now it’s back to winter gray. I am thankful for a warm dry house that became our home when my kids could grow up and now become adults.

Today my third son, Luke, turns 18. And both the younger two have completed high school this week. Many chapters ending and we wait to see the new that unfolds. But in the pause, we wait and reflect, pray and hope. And rest in the One who holds it all.

I love how God has made us all unique and still chose to give us a way to understand that uniqueness and support it - in ways our body needs, not based on a protocol or prescription. I’ll be digging in way deeper into iridology in February to help you understand your physical and physiological strengths and potential weaknesses. Can’t wait!

What a fun evening with https://www.magdalenavisuals.com/ as we did a branding photo session for NBH and my upcoming author website. I am so excited to see her masterpieces as her excitement and joy was contagious as we worked together inside and out. These photos will replace current website photos this fall. From the few peaks I saw, I’m beyond impressed! My heart is so full! She caught my heart beautifully for both of my passions and connected them seamlessly. Thank you Sarah!
