Postpartum anxiety is incredibly common, yet often misunderstood.

It doesn’t always look like panic attacks or obvious distress.
Sometimes it feels like constant worry, racing thoughts, irritability, tension, trouble relaxing, or feeling like your mind just won’t slow down.

You might find yourself overthinking, feeling “on edge,” struggling to sleep even when you’re exhausted, or carrying a quiet sense that something could go wrong.

These experiences are more normal than many parents realize and they are treatable. 💛

If this sounds familiar, please know you don’t have to push through it alone.
Support can help you feel more calm, grounded, and like yourself again.

Pregnancy and postpartum can influence how you feel, how you cope, how you relate, and how you experience yourself.

If this season of your life feels overwhelming, unfamiliar, or heavier than you expected, support can help you process, regulate, and feel more like yourself again.

Valentine’s Day often focuses on loving others — partners, children, family.

But real love also looks like caring for yourself.
It looks like support during hard seasons.
It looks like saying, “I don’t have to do this alone.”

Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, parenting, or navigating a new season of life — you deserve compassion, care, and connection. 💛

If support would feel like an act of love this season, I’m here.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially completed my certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism 🎉

This training deepens my ability to support parents not just emotionally, but physically — with an evidence-based understanding of movement, recovery, strength, and the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies.

So many parents feel unsure about how to safely move their bodies during pregnancy or after birth. My goal has always been to support the whole person and this certification is another step in that direction.

And this is just the beginning…
I’ll be introducing fitness lessons and classes designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum in the near future — gentle, intentional, and supportive.

Keep an eye out for more details soon 👀💛

Support isn’t just for crisis — it’s for growth. 💛

Sometimes the signs are subtle.
You’re getting through the day, but it feels harder than it should.
You’re showing up for everyone else, but feel disconnected from yourself.
You’re functioning… but not really feeling like you.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily life, navigating identity shifts, losing joy in things you once loved, or feeling stuck in your thoughts — support might help.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re human and worthy of care.

Bringing a baby into the home impacts everyone.

Postpartum can change daily routines, communication styles, intimacy, and expectations — often all at once. And while so much focus is placed on the baby, the relationships around them matter just as much.

Couples and family support creates space to:
• strengthen communication
• navigate shifting roles
• process emotions together
• rebuild connection during transition

You don’t have to figure it out alone — and you don’t have to do it perfectly. 💛

If your relationship feels different since welcoming a baby, let’s talk. Send me a DM or visit the link below to learn more about couples and family support services.

Let’s clear up a few myths around postpartum mental health.

Postpartum challenges don’t follow a timeline, a checklist, or a “should.” They can show up quietly — or loudly — long after the newborn stage.

If any of these myths sound familiar, I want you to know this: What you’re feeling is valid.
Support exists.
And you don’t have to figure it out on your own. 💛

January can feel heavy.
The holidays are over, routines shift again, and energy doesn’t always bounce back right away — especially for parents.

This month doesn’t need a dramatic reset.
It needs regulation.

Try:
• adding one nourishing meal instead of “starting over”
• noticing when your body needs a pause
• choosing rest over pressure
• letting good enough count

Self-care in January is about creating steadiness — not perfection. 💛

Which of these feels most supportive right now?
Comment below or save this post as a reminder that small shifts still matter.

If you’re finding it hard to settle after the holidays or feel emotionally regulated, support is here.

As we step into a new year, it’s a great time to pause and think about what you want this next season of parenthood to look and feel like.

Here are a few things you might consider as you plan for 2026:
• Birth & postpartum support — who will be in your corner?
• Mental health check-ins — not only when you’re struggling, but proactively
• Intentional family rituals — small moments that build connection
• Boundaries & rest — because burnout doesn’t belong in your new year
• Community — people who understand and support your journey

Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or raising little ones — you deserve to feel supported, grounded, and seen going into this next chapter. 💛

If you’re ready to start 2026 with a plan that protects your peace and nurtures your mental wellness, I’d love to help. 🌿
