The S.O.S Program (Signs of Su***de) uses a simple and easy-to-remember acronym, ACT: Acknowledge, Care, Tell. ACT teaches students action steps to take if they encounter a situation that requires help from a trusted adult.

New Horizons Mental Health is able to offer this program because of the generous support of United Way and the ADAMH Board, as well as the contractual support from the school districts.
