I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the change of season. This season is always special to me as it is a time of reflection for the coming months. And though we are going into the very gray season (as we call it in mental health - also, a reminder to get your Vitamin D level checked!), it is a cozy season of reflection, rest, and renewal.
I am writing with some news to share with you. I will be retiring as of December 31, 2025 and closing Lancaster Ketamine Institute. As I prepare for this new chapter, I find myself looking back with deep gratitude for the relationships, trust, and shared successes I’ve experienced over the years — and each of you have been a meaningful part of that journey.
Providing care, comfort, and hope to so many individuals and families has been one of the greatest honors of my professional life because I have experienced a similar pain and hopelessness that many of you have also experienced. Any growth and success you achieved while under our care was deeply meaningful. Each person who walked through our doors has left a lasting impression on me and our team. Together, we’ve built something truly special—a community grounded in compassion, courage, and healing.
As I look toward this next chapter and step into retirement, my heart is filled with gratitude. Thank you for placing your trust in us, for sharing your journeys, and for allowing us to play a role in your care. It has been a privilege to witness the resilience and strength of our patients, and I am humbled by the progress, hope, and transformation I’ve seen over the years. I will always carry with me the memories and gratitude of the wonderful clients and colleagues I’ve been privileged to work with at Lancaster Ketamine Institute.
While Lancaster Ketamine Institute will no longer be in operation, I sincerely wish each of you continued healing and happiness. Please know that the care, connection, and progress we’ve shared will always remain deeply meaningful to me. Should you have any questions or need help finding new care, I am available to you. Additionally, social media will continue to be active and provide some guidance as we transition.
Before I go, I would like to thank Kelsi for her dedication to our mission, her relentless love and pursuit of the mental health industry, and her deep care and compassion for each of our patients. It has been one of the best chapters of my life to work along side of her. I have learned some of the most beautiful life lessons from Kelsi, and I will carry them forever. Thank you for everything, Kelsi. You are truly one of a kind.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you for allowing me and our team to serve you. I wish you all the best that life has to offer in the years ahead.
With deepest gratitude and warm regards,
Pam Carlson
