20 Pull-Ups

🚨February Athlete of the Month: Stephanie Kellar🚨

Steph is one of the most consistent athletes in the gym, always putting in extra work, and giving her all in every workout. She brings a smile, constant encouragement, and an energy that lifts everyone around her. Our community truly wouldn’t be what it is without her. We are so thankful to have have her with us🖤💛

“I joined CrossFit 4 years ago after my sister pushed me to give it a try. I originally just wanted to get stronger, but it quickly became so much more than that for me! “

“CrossFit immediately challenged me in a way that forced me to grow — not only physically, but mentally. CrossFit has continuously built up my confidence in the gym, and has shown me that I’m capable of hard things. At the end of the day It is more than just a workout for me - It has become a part of my everyday life and is a huge part of who I am.”

Advice to beginners/ new members:

The hardest part for me was walking through the door for the first time, and attending my first class. After that, you just have to keep showing up. You have to remain consistent, try not to compare, and trust your coaches and the process. Everyone in the gym started somewhere!

Hometown: Oxford, PA

What is your passion in life/ enjoy doing?
I am really passionate about becoming the strongest/best version of myself that I can be. I enjoy challenging myself, and I am always open to learn and try new things.

What inspired you to start CF?
My sister inspired me to start CrossFit. Seeing her make so much progress throughout her own fitness journey, inspired me to want to do the same!

What hobbies do you have outside the gym? Outside of the gym I enjoy exploring new places, and spending time with my dog Charlie, as well as my family and friends.

Favorite and least favorite movement in CF?
My favorite movement is any kind of clean movement and Box jump overs. My least favorite is squat sn**ch (hopefully that will change once I learn how to do It right😂)

Fun fact?
I love going antique shopping and thrifting. I could spend hours shopping and hunting for unique finds 🥰
