Since the moment Stephanie walked into the doors of CFC she has completely embraced CrossFit with joy and enthusiasm. She began her journey in class embracing the process of learning and growing in the sport and it didn’t take her long to realize her next step was to share her passion with others through coaching! She is an absolute ray of light at CFC and this place would not be the same without her 🖤💛

Hometown: Lancaster, Pa but have lived all over the country

Job: Global Humanitarian Nonprofit

Family: trio sized family who are my world

CrossFit: needed to build strength and spice up my workout routine—CrossFit was the magic!

Biggest: friends and community, physical strength that builds confidence and empowerment

Favorite: power cleans, hang power cleans, GHDs, burpees, row, and I’ve become more proficient on the bike!

Least: sn**ch, deadlift

Coaching: seeing others make gains and do things they didn’t believe they could do! It’s the best when athletes improve because they heed the coaching advice you’ve given

Advise: stick with it! The competition is only with yourself, so get at it. Leave everything at the door and have fun!

As a Mayhem Affiliate, everything we do is rooted in Faith. Family. Fitness. Heading into the new year, we’re encouraging our community to set goals with intention by breaking them into 3 simple buckets—clear, attainable, and backed by an action plan.

We’re also celebrating a huge 2025 win for CrossFit Collective: hiring our full-time General Manager, Zach Diamond!

This milestone sets the stage for an even stronger future, and we couldn’t be more excited for what 2026 has in store.
