What a fantastic day we had playing balloon volleyball! It's become one of our favorite ways to get some exercise while having tons of fun. The laughter and joy in the air were infectious, especially with a couple of very special visitors join our game. There's something so uplifting about a simple game that brings everyone together, regardless of age! Everyone stay warm and safe out there! 🎈🏐💪

💕 68 Years of Love & Still Saying “I Do” 💕

Today we had the absolute honor of witnessing something truly special at Reflections Retirement Community — a beautiful vow renewal for Raymond and Joyce, two of our cherished residents celebrating an incredible 68 years of marriage.

Surrounded by love, smiles, and happy tears, Raymond and Joyce reminded us all what commitment, patience, and lifelong partnership truly look like as they renewed their vows once again.

Adding even more meaning to the day, the ceremony was lovingly performed by Lonnie, another one of our Reflections residents and an ordained minister — making this moment even more special and heartfelt.

Thank you, Raymond and Joyce, for letting us be part of your love story and for inspiring everyone around you. 💖
Here’s to 68 amazing years… and many more moments to celebrate together!

Just had an amazing time with Community Paint Studio for the watercolor paint class today! A big thank you to Meg for being such an excellent instructor. Her guidance made the experience enjoyable and inspiring. I can't wait to try out more techniques. Just finished an invigorating exercise class today! ❄️ We had to keep extending our circle as more and more people showed up today! It’s easy to want to stay cozy at home when the temperatures drop, but getting our bodies moving is so important, no matter the weather. Exercise not only boosts our mood but also plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Let’s embrace the cold and keep our bodies active! Remember, a little movement can make a big difference.

Just had the best time playing a fun twist on the social media game, Hungry Reindeer! 🎮 It was challenging but so much fun trying to navigateusing the cups as your hands while collecting the most pom-poms before your other player. It's always great to beat the winter blues with friendly competition! Who knew being a reindeer could be so tricky? Executive Director, Dennis, even joined the fun and brought his own strategy to the game! 🦌❄️

This week, our Marketing Director was proud to attend both the Chamber of Commerce Chamber Connect meeting and the weekly Kiwanis meeting—continuing to build relationships, learn about valuable community resources, and collaborate with others who share the same goal: supporting and advocating for our seniors.

Being present in the community allows us to stay informed, connected, and ready to serve—not just our residents, but families, partners, and fellow organizations as well. 💙

Because when it comes to senior living, relationships matter, resources matter, and community matters.

Today, we took a little escape and pretended we were basking in the sun! Our lunch at Fiesta Tropicana in Lancaster was a delightful mini-vacation. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing drinks made us feel like we were on a tropical getaway. From the tasty tacos to the colorful décor, every detail brought a taste of paradise right to our table. It's amazing how a few hours can lift your spirits and remind you of warmer days! 🌴✨
