Today, we took a little escape and pretended we were basking in the sun! Our lunch at Fiesta Tropicana in Lancaster was a delightful mini-vacation. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing drinks made us feel like we were on a tropical getaway. From the tasty tacos to the colorful décor, every detail brought a taste of paradise right to our table. It's amazing how a few hours can lift your spirits and remind you of warmer days! 🌴✨

We are thrilled to introduce our newest volunteer, Blizzard! This beautiful husky, along with her two furry friends, is here to spread joy and happiness among our residents. Every wag of her tail and playful gesture brings smiles and warmth to everyone she meets. It's amazing to see the bond between animals and people, and the positive impact they have on our community. ✨ Shining Star Award Celebration ✨

Reflection’s yearly Shining Star Award was extra special this year as we honored Lillian Roderick, our Business Office Manager. Residents, staff, and family members gathered to celebrate Lillian and share heartfelt words of appreciation, with her husband proudly by her side.

One resident shared a quote that truly captures Lillian’s spirit:
“I’ve never seen Lillian without a smile. She even greeted me in the parking lot one day on the way to the dentist—with a very bad toothache—with a smile.”

Lillian’s kindness, positivity, and genuine care shine through every single day, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the Reflection’s family. Congratulations to our 2025 Shining Star! ⭐💙

We at Reflections would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Oliver, a remarkable 7th grade student at Bloom Carroll. His incredible kindness during the Holiday season truly warmed our hearts! Oliver took the time to bring everyone a delightful snack bag and an amazing box filled with word puzzles for our community to enjoy. Your thoughtfulness and generosity made our gathering even more special. Thank you so much, Oliver and your family, for spending the evening with us and spreading the Christmas cheer! What an unforgettable night! The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, but it was anything but quiet in our home during the Christmas party. We gathered shoulder to shoulder, indulging in delicious food and soaking up the magic of the season. The decorations sparkled, and Judy’s beautiful piano music filled the air, creating the perfect ambiance for the evening. A heartfelt thank you to all the family members who joined us and helped make the night so special, as well as our talented pianist and, of course, the Claus family for bringing extra joy to our celebration! Here’s to many more cherished holiday moments together!
