Miranda consistently attracts a large and enthusiastic audience. Her presentations are consistently energetic, enjoyable, and captivating. Participants actively engage with musical instruments and participate in sing-alongs. Yesterday's session evoked poignant memories, particularly during the performance of traditional hymns.

This remarkable achievement highlights our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and services. A total of 42 of Gardant’s communities have earned this esteemed badge of honor this year.

To attain the "Best" designation, a community must demonstrate outstanding performance, surpassing the national average across several critical areas. These key areas include:

* **Caregiving:** This encompasses the quality of nursing care, the assistance provided with daily activities (ADLs), and the attentiveness of our dedicated care staff.
* **Management & Staff:** We are assessed on the responsiveness and professionalism of our administration and frontline workers in addressing the needs of our residents.
* **Food & Dining:** The quality, variety, and nutritional value of the meals we provide are carefully evaluated.
* **Activities & Engagement:** The strength of our social programming, enrichment activities, and physical fitness options are assessed.
* **Safety:** Perceptions of physical security, infection control measures, and emergency response protocols are taken into account.
* **Value:** We are evaluated on whether residents and their families believe the services provided are worth the monthly cost.
* **Home-Like Environment:** Specifically for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, this assesses the comfort, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the living spaces.

Our Marketing Director, Business Office Manager, and Director of Nursing had the privilege of attending and continuing their education—bringing back fresh ideas, new insights, and an even deeper passion for what we do every day.
