3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
1-2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt.
1-1/2 cups cooked & cooled quinoa.
3 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts.
3 tablespoons dried cranberries.
1/2 avocado, diced.

if patients are complaining of mercury poisoning, it's important to address all the other toxins in our environment contributing to their symptoms & the need to clean the liver, period. That being said, their ability to do this is only as good as their ability to create cysteine & produce glutathione as well as the strength of the lymphatic system & kidneys .... removing fillings is a good step BUT it is not the only one .....
