On the first full day of spring — when light and dark return to balance — we gather for something intentional.

We’ll close our morning with guided group Reiki, led by John, creating space to ground your nervous system, clear mental fog, and gently restore your energy (ki 気).

Somatic yoga.
Breathwork.
Reiki.
Seasonal lunch.
Stillness.

💖 What a sacred, soul-stirring evening we shared yesterday.🙏
Our Healing Ancestral Trauma Workshop + Conscious Breathwork Circle was pure medicine for the heart. Lying in a radiant mandala of autumn leaves, roses, and wild herbs, we breathed, released, and remembered.
Tears flowed. Laughter echoed. Ancestors whispered. Bonds deepened.
To every brave soul who showed up, opened wide, and trusted the circle—thank you. You are the healing. 🌹
