Who else loves a good sweat session? 🙋🏻♀️💦
👉Your body is meant to release, not store what it doesn’t need. 🗑️
📌You don’t need a sauna to feel the benefits (even though it might be the best investment you ever make, promise 😉). Sauna blankets work great too and or a good workout, warm bath, or simply bundling up with lots of layers and getting under the covers works too.
