We are honored to highlight Keith Trembley, who has been with Intuitive Healing & Wellness for over a year. Keith specializes in adult complex trauma and mood disorders, bringing decades of experience and deep compassion to his work.

Keith is well known in our community, having served individuals from childhood through adulthood for over 30 years. His gentle presence creates a sense of safety, inviting clients to explore healing in a supportive and grounded environment.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Keith is a trauma-informed yoga instructor, breathwork practitioner, and mindfulness movement facilitator. His integrated approach helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate inner resilience.

Midweek is often when stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue catches up with us. Instead of pushing through, try pausing to check in with your mental load.

Try this:

Take one minute and ask yourself:

-What’s taking up the most mental space today?

-Is it something I can act on, or something I need to set down for now?

-What do I need, support, rest, clarity, or boundaries?

Giving yourself permission to name what’s happening internally is a powerful form of emotional regulation. When we identify our needs, we reduce anxiety, increase clarity, and support long-term mental well-being.

Connection is a core human need — it regulates our nervous system, softens stress responses, and reminds us we’re not alone. True connection isn’t about how many people we’re around, but how safe and seen we feel in their presence.

✨ Ways to build and deepen connection:

1. Start with self-connection. Notice your emotions and sensations before reaching outward — authenticity invites authentic connection.

2. Practice presence. When you’re with others, slow down your breath, make eye contact, and listen to understand — not to respond.
