Saturdays from 7:30-8:30AM
First Class is 3/28/26

Join Maggie Saturday Mornings. Focus on the sound of your breath. Build some fire in your body by holding stillness. End class with an extended savasana.

We stand with our neighbors, our community, and the collective consciousness worldwide.
As a space rooted in care, presence, and belonging, we stand with those impacted by immigration enforcement. Today we remain open to continue serving our community while offering tangible support.
All single class revenue from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm today will be donated to Church World Services Lancaster, supporting refugee and immigrant families in Lancaster County.
Single class purchases made during this time can be transferred to others, making it easy to extend this offering beyond yourself. This option is available through the link in our bio.
We are grateful for a community that continues to show up with care, intention, and compassion.
