As a space rooted in care, presence, and belonging, we stand with those impacted by immigration enforcement. Today we remain open to continue serving our community while offering tangible support.
All single class revenue from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm today will be donated to Church World Services Lancaster, supporting refugee and immigrant families in Lancaster County.
Single class purchases made during this time can be transferred to others, making it easy to extend this offering beyond yourself. This option is available through the link in our bio.
We are grateful for a community that continues to show up with care, intention, and compassion.

We are so excited to welcome Lucy back to our weekly schedule! Lucy has been instructing for nearly 20 years with offerings rooted in traditional Ashtanga. Practitioners can expect:

That feeling of refresh strength is now on Sunday mornings with Neida 9- 10:00 am.

With over fifteen years of teaching experience Neida offers a practice grounded in integrity of movement traditional foundations and the subtle language of mudra. Each class is thoughtfully unique creating space for curiosity lightness and meaningful reflection.

Her teaching blends professionalism and play fostering genuine connection both on the mat and within our community.

- Bring your dog to see the Christmas Trees and get a free photo with Santa on Wet
Nose Wednesdays!
- On Fridays, take pictures with your favorite Holiday Characters from 6-9pm! (12/19 Elsa and Olaf)
- On Saturdays, read stories with Mrs. Claus from 6-9pm in the team store!
- On December 18th & 21st take pictures with live reindeer from 6-8pm!
