Located conveniently in Jefferson, NH offering outpatient Physical & Occupational Therapy Services. Our highly respected clinical team of seasoned therapists provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We treat a variety of sports related injuries, orthopedic injuries including pre and post-operative, cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy, vestibular rehabilitation as well as chronic pain management and fall risk evaluation. Our Hydroworx therapy pool offers on-site aquatic therapy and is equipped with an underwater treadmill, resistance jets, massage hose and handicap accessible chair lift. We accept most major medical insurances including Medicare and NH Medicaid.
