When you see flashing lights on the roadside, slow down and MOVE OVER! πŸš¨β„οΈ

Giving first responders space is even more critical in snow and icy conditions β€” it keeps everyone safe. Slow down, change lanes if you can, and stay alert.

πŸš”πŸ‘ Congratulations to Our New Instructors! πŸ‘πŸš”

On Friday, 29 dedicated law enforcement officers successfully completed the Instructor Development Course, an important milestone in their professional growth and in strengthening training across our region.

This intensive program challenged each participant to refine their teaching skills, enhance communication techniques, and prepare to lead the next generation of officers with professionalism and purpose.

We’re incredibly proud of their hard work, commitment, and passion for developing others. Their impact will be felt across every agency and academy they serve.

Well done to all 29 officers, your leadership begins now!

Public Service Announcement: Thieves can use signal relay devices (emulators) to obtain your vehicle's key fob signal and trick your car into thinking the key is nearby, allowing them to unlock and start it without the fob itself. Blocking the signal stops this relay. Please consider utilizing one or more of the following tips to protect yourself:
1. Faraday Bags/Pouches/Boxes - These signal-blocking bags or containers prevent thieves from relaying your key's signal.
2. Aluminum Foil - A quick, inexpensive method is to wrap your fob in several layers of foil to block signals.
3. Metal Container - Store your fob in a metal tin or box (like an old biscuit tin) at home.
4. Turn Off Fob Signal - Check your car's manual for how to disable the keyless entry signal when not needed.
5. Manual Locking - Manually lock your car with the physical key to potentially disable the fob's signal.
