🧠⚖️ Balance starts in the brain.

Balance isn’t just about strong muscles, it’s about your brain’s ability to process and integrate signals from your eyes, inner ear, and joints.

At Lancaster Brain & Spine, we train these systems to work together so athletes can move with precision, control, and confidence, on and off the field.

Because a healthy brain = a balanced body (and yes, a happy doc too 😄).

We love hearing stories like this from our patients; seeing someone walk in with pain and leave feeling 50% better after one visit is exactly why we do what we do.

At Lancaster Brain & Spine, every treatment is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love, one step at a time. 💙

🏈🧠 Recovery starts in the brain.

After a concussion or injury, it’s not just the muscles and joints that need rehab, the brain does too.

Through functional neurology, we use targeted exercises to retrain neural pathways, helping athletes restore balance, coordination, and reaction time.

This brain-based approach supports a faster and safer return to play, keeping athletes strong, confident, and resilient.

Because healing isn’t just physical, it’s neurological. 💪

Most sports injuries happen when the brain can’t keep up with the body’s demands, eaction times slow, coordination slips, and that’s when injuries strike.

Through functional neurology, we strengthen the brain-body connection, improving timing, balance, and awareness. The result?
➡️ Faster reactions
➡️ Fewer injuries
➡️ Greater resilience

When your brain and body communicate efficiently, you don’t just perform better, you stay in the game longer.

🧠✨ What is Neuroplasticity?
Your brain is not fixed, it’s constantly changing, adapting, and rewiring based on your experiences. This amazing ability is called neuroplasticity.

Think of it like your brain’s “training mode”:
➡️ Learn a new skill → new connections form
➡️ Practice consistently → connections strengthen
➡️ Change your environment → your brain adapts

From recovering after injury to improving sports performance, neuroplasticity is the reason your brain can grow stronger at any age.

💡 Functional neurology uses this principle to create targeted exercises that help retrain the brain for better balance, focus, reaction time, and overall function.

✨ Your brain is capable of change. Let’s help it change for the better.

👁️ Your eyes and balance system are closely connected.

When these systems stop working together properly, they can cause symptoms like dizziness, brain fog, and motion sensitivity. These are all common in PPPD.

At Lancaster Brain & Spine, we use therapies such as gaze stabilization and visual motion exercises to help retrain the brain. These treatments teach your brain how to process movement and visual input more accurately.

We track your progress throughout the process to ensure your recovery is moving forward with clarity and confidence.

🧠 Struggling with chronic dizziness that just won’t go away?

PPPD is more than an inner ear issue. It’s a brain-based condition where your balance system gets stuck in “overdrive,” even after the original trigger is gone.

At Lancaster Brain & Spine, we go beyond just medications. Our treatment supports neuroplasticity, retrains your brain’s balance systems, and helps desensitize your body to motion and sensory overload.

Real answers. Real progress. Real relief.
