Mark your calendars for Hometown Christmas and The Lancaster Christmas Parade on Saturday, Nov. 29th! Hometown Christmas will kick off with a Free Movie, The 2024 Movie Version of- The Best Christmas Pageant Ever- at 2:00 p.m. at The Lancaster Grand Theater. Enjoy this great movie and Free Popcorn and a Drink! Then stay after for Christmas crafts, a Letter to Santa Station, Christmas Props, Food Trucks, Carolers and more- followed by The Parade at 6:00 p.m. and Santa's arrival!

GARRARD COUNTY- SAVE THE DATE- Our Annual Hometown Christmas and the Lancaster Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, Nov. 29th! After shopping for Small Business Saturday at your favorite Garrard County Businesses, join us for an afternoon and evening of Christmas fun! BUSINESSES- Check out the two contest below! This season of giving, Whitaker Bank, a member of the Garrard Chamber of Commerce, is proud to support local food pantries across their communities. Bring canned and non-perishable food items to any Whitaker Bank location starting tomorrow through November 25 and help them make a difference for families in need. UPDATE- Our Lancaster Branch wants to thank you for your votes. Although they came in 2nd, only by a few votes, they will still be awarded with a great lunch and had a great time being farmers at Farmers!

Garrard Chamber members and friends! There is a friendly competition going on between the branches of Farmers National Bank (one of our members). The Lancaster branch is just a few votes behind a Danville location! Voting ends tonight (Sunday), so let's help push our Garrard location over the top and to victory!!! Go to the Farmers National Bank page and like the Lancaster location- the one with all the farmers and farm animals!!! Good luck to our friends at the Lancaster location!
