Last week, our staff brought their A-game to our Chili OR Bowl of Soup Cook-Off with some seriously tasty creations! From spicy chili to hearty soups, the competition was fierce—but the real winner was the Make A Wish Foundation, which received the event proceeds.

Freezin’ for a reason!

Last weekend, our incredible staff, family and friends took the plunge—literally! Braving the icy waters, they participated in the Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Pennsylvania - Capital Area Region. Their frozen toes were well worth it to help provide year-round sports training and competition for amazing athletes with intellectual disabilities.

As February comes to a close, it’s natural to reflect on the year so far—especially when coping with the loss of a loved one. Grief can feel heavy, and looking too far ahead may be overwhelming. Many find it helpful to focus on today, saying: "I’m taking it one day at a time."

Our Black History Month celebration brought staff together to learn about Black inventors and tips for providing compassionate care to the African American community—all while enjoying delicious soul food!
