Behind every surgery is a purpose bigger than the procedure.

This is more than medicine it’s passion meeting precision, and compassion guiding every decision.

As an orthopedic trauma surgeon, Dr. Antebi | isn’t just repairing bones… he’s restoring movement, independence, and quality of life for patients who are often going through some of their most difficult moments.

Every case is different. Every patient matters. Every outcome is personal.

From trauma to recovery this is what it means to truly care.

If you’ve ever had your life changed by orthopedic care, you know… it’s not just about healing it’s about getting your life back.

Four years ago, this patient received PRP injections in her knee and the results have held up beautifully. 🙌

At her follow-up with her previously treated knee is still doing great. Now she’s back because the other knee has developed arthritis, and today she received a cortisone injection to help reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and improve her quality of life.

Every patient and every joint is different. Treatments like PRP and cortisone injections can play an important role in managing arthritis, reducing pain, and helping patients stay active while we monitor how the joint responds over time.

The goal is always the same: keep patients moving, comfortable, and living life fully.

If you’re experiencing knee pain, swelling, or stiffness, it may be time to have your joints evaluated and explore the treatment options available to you.

Three months after a total knee replacement, and this patient is already feeling the difference. 🙌

At 75 years old, she’s doing incredibly well no pain, great healing, and ready to take the next step in recovery. After completing her at-home physical therapy, she’s now transitioning into outpatient physical therapy to continue building strength and mobility.

One important part of recovery that many patients overlook? Compression socks.

recommends wearing them throughout the day (only removing them for sleeping and showering). Compression socks help support healthy circulation in the legs, reduce swelling, and can significantly improve symptoms like the tingling sensation often caused by venous stasis and varicose veins.

In fact, Dr. Antebi practices what he preaches
he wears compression socks every day himself.

Recovery isn’t just about the surgery it’s about the small habits that support healing long after you leave the operating room.

Another great milestone on the road to getting patients back to living pain-free and moving confidently again.

When it comes to surgery, precision is everything and that starts with visibility. 🔦

In the operating room, lighting plays a critical role in patient safety and surgical accuracy. explains how surgeons rely on powerful overhead operating lights, along with specialized surgical headlights, to illuminate even the smallest details. When working through small incisions or delicate areas, every millimeter matters and the right lighting ensures nothing is missed.

It’s not just about seeing better… it’s about performing at the highest level to take the best possible care of every patient.

From the technology in the OR to the skill of the surgeon, every detail is designed with one goal in mind: precision, safety, and better outcomes.

Taking time off as a surgeon is vital to my physical and mental well being!
Recharging the battery is essential for me in a high paced and stressful profession like orthopedic surgery! Some like to lay on a beach and read a book!

Not every painful joint means another surgery is needed.

In this case, a patient who had a knee replacement in 2008 came in concerned that something might be wrong with the implant after experiencing knee pain. After reviewing the X-rays together, was able to reassure her that the knee replacement itself is still in good condition and has plenty of life left.

Sometimes the discomfort we feel in our joints isn’t due to hardware failure it’s the added stress our joints are under every day. Factors like body weight, bone density, muscle strength, and overall joint support can significantly impact how our knees feel over time.

Our joints are incredible, but they’re also load-bearing structures. Every extra pound of body weight places additional pressure across the knee joint with every step we take. Over time, that added load can contribute to pain, inflammation, and increased wear on the joint.

The good news? There are non-surgical ways to support joint health, including:
• Maintaining a healthy weight
• Strengthening the muscles around the joint
• Supporting bone health
• Using tools like a compression sleeve to help stabilize and reduce swelling

The goal isn’t just fixing joints it’s helping patients protect them for the long run.

Your joints carry you through life. Taking care of your body helps them keep doing their job for years to come.

Healing doesn’t see labels — it sees people. |

Two months after a broken hand, this patient is fully healed and on the road back to normal life. The swelling will continue to improve, but the most important part of recovery is already there strength, mobility, and a second chance at moving forward pain-free.

At the end of the day, medicine is about one simple principle: every person deserves the same level of care, respect, and dedication. No matter who you are or where you come from, everyone deserves to be treated with compassion and excellence.

Because healing should always be equal.

POV: Every ortho surgeon when they walk into clinic and ask, “So… what’s going on?”

Patient: “Well…”
Audio in our heads: broken, broken, broken… crack, crack, crack… just broken. 😂🦴

When you specialize in fixing bones, you start hearing sound effects before the story even starts.

Good news? If it’s broken… you’re in the right office.

Who else hears the imaginary “crack” before the X-ray even loads? 😅👇

Two months post-op from a reverse total shoulder replacement and look at that range of motion 🙌

This patient came in with severe arthritis in both shoulders and limited mobility that impacted her daily life. After surgery on her first shoulder, she regained strength, movement, and confidence and most importantly, her quality of life.

Now she’s back, not because she has to…
but because she trusts to do the second shoulder and finish the job.

When one surgery restores your independence, the decision to move forward becomes easy.
This is what outcomes look like. This is what trust looks like.

Alon Antebi, D.O.

“I developed a passion for fixing things at a very early age which eventually lead me to my passion as an orthopedic surgeon. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else!”

Dr. Antebi is a top ranked board-certified physician who graduated in the top 5% of his class at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and fellowship trained in orthopedic trauma at Tampa General Hospital.

Dr. Antebi has quickly become one of the most sought-after surgeons in the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and San Fernando Valley and is consulted by many respected surgeons in the community to take on complex trauma and joint reconstruction cases. Dr. Antebi is known for not only performing complex joint replacements and revising failed ones but also for his expertise in orthopedic traumatic injuries. He is the only orthopedic surgeon in the Antelope, Santa Clarita, and San Fernando valleys that specializes in pelvic and acetabulum fractures. Patients are transferred from hospitals throughout these valleys to his care because he is the only surgeon who takes on these complex injuries as well as many other orthopedic traumas.

Dr. Antebi is the first orthopedic surgeon to bring the anterior hip replacement to the Antelope and Santa Clarita valleys. The anterior approach is a minimally invasive hip replacement referred to as a muscle sparing surgery because no muscles are cut to access the joint enabling faster recovery and quicker return to normal activity. Dr. Antebi is a pioneer in outpatient total joint replacements in the Antelope and Santa Clarita valleys using this anterior approach. He has had many successful outpatient joint replacements with patients walking and being discharged home within 4-6 hours. Dr. Antebi is committed to returning his patients to full activity in the least amount of time possible.
