SIGNATURE MASSAGE
A combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques, this massage uses long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle. When needed, deeper tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This uses slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle, and is used for tight or painful muscles. People can also feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage.

TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
Thai massage combines stretches, pressure points, and lengthening of muscles for a relaxing and energizing experience. It is typically done without oils on a floor mat in our adjacent yoga studio. Loose clothing is worn by the guest during the treatment.

WARM STONE MASSAGE
Heated, smooth stones are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. Gentle pressure is applied. Warm stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer lighter massage.

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs.

A Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a powerful, gentle, subtle way of restoring depleted energy and balancing the natural energy that is within you. Reiki works with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
