Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center provides comprehensive primary medical care, including women's care for low-income, uninsured, underinsured and homeless persons. We also provide compassionate trauma-informed state-of-the-art specialty medical care and supportive services for HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) and to those co-infected with HIV and HCV.

The mission of Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center is to provide, patient-centred, high quality, trauma informed health and wellness care services to ALL regardless of ability to pay.

a) SAFE -providing evidence based treatment using effective practices, thus avoiding harm to patients as a result of the care that is provided.
b) PATIENT-CENTERED - providing care that is respectful of, and responsive to; individual patient preferences, needs and values while ensuring that patient values guide all clinical decisions
c) EFFICIENT - avoiding waste, whether it involves financial, material, or human resources
d) EQUITABLE- proving care that is standard in quality and ACCESS does not vary based upon any personal characteristics or biases.
