👨👩👧 Parents/Guardians of K4 through 12th grade students and community members are encouraged to attend!
✨ During this seminar, you will:
• Learn how technology, reduced independence, and changing childhood experiences impact youth well-being
• Reflect on your family routines and identify patterns that build resilience
• Leave with one practical strategy to support your child’s mental health
