Our Cardiac Rehab patients recently traveled to Baraboo to compete in the Hearts of Gold Games—and they had a fantastic time! ❤

Jen and Tonya helped lead several events while our patients participated alongside more than 160 competitors from hospitals across Wisconsin. We were proud to have 9 cardiac rehab patients representing Grant Regional Health Center.

Three of our competitors received medals! 🥇

Arlen: 2nd place Heart Healthy Bake Off 🍓
John: 3rd place Bean Bag Toss 💪

💙 Wear Blue Day 2025! 💙

Last week our team proudly wore blue to show support for everyone living with diabetes and to raise awareness of this condition which can affect anyone.

Thank you to our incredible Diabetes & Nutrition team for planning this month’s activities and for the compassionate care and education they provide to patients all year long. Your dedication makes a meaningful difference in our community!

Grant Regional Health Center extends our heartfelt thanks to MidWestOne Bank and the MidWestOne Bank Foundation for their generous grant of $15,000 in support of our expansion project for Behavioral Health/Outpatient Counseling, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, and Nutrition Services.

Today on Veterans Day, we proudly recognized one of our own, Cassondra Gehrke, CPC, CMA, as she was presented with a Quilt of Valor created with love by Dr. Erin Huebschman in honor of her military service. Cassondra served three years in the U.S. Army, completing two tours and continuing to serve her community today as a dedicated medical assistant at our clinics in Lancaster and Fennimore.

Thank you, Cassondra, for your service and for the care you provide every day. 💙 We also salute all our Grant Regional employees who have served our country—your courage and commitment inspire us all.
