Deep gratitude to Tamara Ramer from the American Heart Association for inviting me to speak with the Senior Outreach Services (SOS) Coalition of York County.

We explored how mindfulness meditation and Reiki can support those living with chronic pain, and also reflected on the importance of self-care and compassion for ourselves. This is an incredibly important reminder for caregivers and healthcare providers, as we often spend so much energy caring for others that we forget to fill our own cups first.

I’m always so grateful for opportunities to share these practices that can bring a sense of comfort, peace, and healing to our communities.

I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with nursing students today at William Paterson University about Reiki and how it beautifully complements traditional healthcare. Their curiosity, openness, and thoughtful questions about how Reiki can support patient well-being and their own resilience as future nurses were truly inspiring.

💙Moments like this give me so much hope! When the next generation of nurses is open to integrating science, compassion, and holistic care, the future of healthcare becomes so much brighter for everyone!

🏳️‍🌈I'm a day late in sharing this, but I wanted to express my gratitude for all who attended the beautiful Reiki Day of Healing for the LGBTQ+ community on Tuesday evening.

Our heart-centered Reiki volunteers created a space of kindness and compassion, and many of the attendees shared how grateful they were to be in a space that felt truly loving, accepting, and warm.

Deep thanks to Lancaster County Chooses Love for organizing these events and making this space possible, and to the Ephrata Library for hosting us. I know I speak for all of the practitioners when I say how grateful we are to be able to offer Reiki in this way.💜

We would love to take this opportunity to congratulate our latest Certified Medical Reiki Masters, CMRMs who completed their training this past weekend.

Once again, it was a deeply heartfelt and powerful experience. We feel immense gratitude for having met such incredible, inspiring individuals, each one deeply committed to bringing Medical Reiki into clinical and healthcare settings with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

We also want to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing Helene Williams. Her wisdom, insight, and generosity are extraordinary. Helene consistently goes above and beyond in her sharing, and the energy she brings into the classroom, her depth, presence, and guidance is truly inspiring. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and all that she contributes to this work.

It is also a profound privilege to continue carrying the light that Raven Keyes began, honouring her legacy by helping to bring Reiki into hospitals, clinics, and care environments around the world. In doing this work, we honour the foundation she laid and the path she opened for all of us.

To each and every one of you, we wish abundant blessings on this journey. May your work bring comfort, calm, and healing into every space you enter.
