The vagus nerve is like your body’s “reset button.” It connects your brain to your heart, lungs, and gut—and when it’s activated, it turns on your parasympathetic nervous system (aka: rest, digest, and heal). 💚

Here are simple ways to support and stimulate your vagus nerve every day:

🧘‍♀️ Breathwork – slow, deep belly breathing or 4-7-8 breathing
🎶 Humming, chanting, or singing – vibration stimulates the vagus nerve
🚿 Cold exposure – a splash of cold water on your face or a cool shower
🙏 Meditation or prayer – helps quiet the stress response
