💛 April Is Stress Awareness Month — And The Data Matters

Stress management isn’t just “self-care.”
It’s measurable physiology.

This month, instead of asking, “How do I avoid stress?”
Try asking, “How quickly does my nervous system reset?”

Because resilience is trainable. 💛

If you’ve been feeling more congested, foggy, or just off lately… you’re not alone 🌿

We are seeing a huge surge in spring allergies right now—and it’s not just pollen. Grasses are waking up too, triggering that histamine response that can leave you sneezing, tired, and inflamed.

So what can you do?

✨ Reduce exposure: shower after being outside, change clothes before bed, keep windows closed, and consider a HEPA filter
✨ Support your body: nutrients like quercetin, vitamin C, and omega-3s can help calm the inflammatory response
✨ Rinse and reset: saline or neti pot can help clear allergens right at the source

And remember—sometimes medication is the right tool. Integrative care is all about using what works, when you need it.

If your symptoms aren’t improving, it may be time to dig a little deeper with your practitioner.

🌼 You don’t have to suffer through spring.
