I am having a really hard time this year with "teen pregnancy prevention month" (which is also part of mental health month and mothers day) so I made images that speak TRUTH to the harmful framework that is used and many folks support. Please feel free to use.
EDIT: these images are not seeking to define who and or what teen mothers are. I made and shared these images to show the public that the narrow and often shaming and stigmatizing ways of talking about pregnant and parenting teen moms and "teen pregnancy prevention" is more then meets the eye. The images talking about age differences is to show that it is GROWN men who need to be told to stop preying on young girls, the school images are to show that the 50% of drop out stats is often because of things that are outside of a teen mothers hands. Society has a responsibility to support and encourage ALL young people, especially teen mothers.
