Fairfield County ADAMH Board The ADAMH Board is responsible for planning, funding, and monitoring of mental health, addiction, and recovery services in Fairfield County.

The Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board funds and supports community agencies to provide valuable services to citizens -- from infants to seniors. ADAMH ensures that our local funding stays local and addresses the unique needs of Fairfield County. As a founding member of the Fairfield County Opiate Task Force, ADAMH continues to promote drug education, treatment, and personal responsibility.

What's up Wednesday! The Fairfield County ADAMH Board partnered with Chess Health to provide some amazing resources. Take the self-assessment to see if alcohol is impacting your health. Use the Connection App for support if you have a substance use disorder or co-occurring mental health condition. The Companion App provides supportive online resources for friends and family members supporting loved ones on their recovery journeys. The holidays are quickly approaching and Fairfield County 2-1-1 does a wonderful job ensuring many Fairfield County residents in need don't go without. Use the link below for holiday assistance.

The holiday season should be a time of joy, not stress. If you or someone you know in Fairfield County could use a little extra help this season, we’re here to connect you with the right support.

From Thanksgiving food boxes to Christmas meals and gift programs for children (ages 0–17), there are local resources available to help brighten the season.

To qualify for most programs, you’ll typically need:
🔹Proof of Fairfield County residency
🔹A child under 18 in the household
🔹 Photo ID and proof of address for all household members
🔹No duplicate applications to similar programs

Some programs, like Charity Newsies and Chelsea’s Christmas, may have their own forms and deadlines. You can pick up or drop off applications at our office (108 W. Main St., Lancaster), or submit them by email, fax, or even Facebook message.
