Fairfield County ADAMH Board The ADAMH Board is responsible for planning, funding, and monitoring of mental health, addiction, and recovery services in Fairfield County.

The Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board funds and supports community agencies to provide valuable services to citizens -- from infants to seniors. ADAMH ensures that our local funding stays local and addresses the unique needs of Fairfield County. As a founding member of the Fairfield County Opiate Task Force, ADAMH continues to promote drug education, treatment, and personal responsibility.

Acknowledge it takes time to get back into the swing of things and avoid being too hard on yourself. Practicing mindfulness by using deep breathing or short mediations to stay present and calm can be helpful.
