Clinical Manager – Home Health

What You’ll Do
• Support a team of skilled nurses providing high-quality care to medically fragile patients
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
• Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and leadership to create safe, individualized care plans
• Foster a positive, supportive work environment that empowers nurses to succeed
What We’re Looking For
• Current RN license
• Strong home health or pediatric experience preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Someone who leads with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to quality
