A time of gentle, powerful, relaxing sounds played by skilled, experienced and intuitive therapeutic sound practitioner, teacher and musician Lana Ryder.
This event is by pay what you can (or not) donation at the door and is open to the first 20 people to respond, including current students of Lana's classes at Soundwise School. You may lie down to journey within or watch and learn, or a bit of both. This event is a combination of sound meditation and mini-workshop on sound therapy. Participants may stay after the meditation for a time of questions and answers or you may choose to leave.

Doors open at 4:00pm and will be closed promptly at 4:20. Please allow time for any unexpected traffic delays if you can, time to park in the large free parking area directly across from the front of the building on Liberty Street. Someone will let you in at the double wooden doors on the left front of the building. Take elevator or stairs to the Soundwise Theater of Sound on the second floor, suite 273. Afterwards check out one of Lancaster's many exquisite restsurants!

Mats, cushions and blankets are all supplied and laid out when you arrive but feel free to bring your own.

Gentle, powerful sounds accompany you into a state of peace, relaxation, clarity or revelation for such a time as this, for your well-being.

Since launching The Love Drums in 1995, Ed has brought high-energy, neo-tribal percussion to communities across the country—rocking both the Nashville and Lancaster scenes and lighting up festivals for over two decades.

Now based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, The Love Drums blends traditional African drumming, original grooves, and global influences into a pulse that gets people dancing. Their performances are interactive, uplifting, and rooted in community, often sparking spontaneous dance and shared joy.
