Hey Everyone 👋
As many of you know, on top of being a skin fanatic I also believe in healing from within. I wanted to give a little background on why I am so passionate about integrative wellness, and healing.
Several years ago I was diagnosed with Lyme. I began to slowly realize that there was almost no support for people who were chronic. I spent years bouncing around and trying medications, IVs you name it. I was deathly ill and had given up much hope on getting better.
I was eventually told about a holistic provider who focused on bioenergetic scans, homeopathy and supplementation. This method gives the body the tools it needs to heal and balance. I felt a major shift shortly after starting and stayed on it for many years until I learned to become a holistic practitioner on my own.
Now I’m fortunate enough to be able to help others on their path to healing.
