We loved having our work family down to The Ridge for our annual Christmas dinner and gift exchange. Add in four wheeler rides and animal adventures…it made it the best ever! 😄 It’s awesome when your coworkers are such amazing people. I was having such a good time that I forgot to take pictures!!! I’m so bummed! But thank you all for such a great afternoon!

With winter weather upon us, remember that in most cases, we can do telehealth instead of cancelling your appointment if you cannot make it to the office. Just give us a call to let us know you prefer this method.

Scheduling new appointments can be made by phone. Co-pays and payments still need to be made and can be made by card over the phone or through our website at

We are so glad to welcome Mary Margaret Badders, PCC-S to our Lancaster office! She is now accepting new clients who are self pay or have insurance with Optum, BC/BS, Medical Mutual, or insurance using the OPPOC network. She sees only adults. Please give our office a call to schedule at 740-653-6500.
