Please arrive a few minutes early, especially if it’s your first time to our studio. You will need to find your spot in the studio and allow yourself time to place your additional items in our locker room. Once class begins, we lock the doors for safety and security. You will need a few things for class, all items you will need are available to rent or purchase at our studio. You will need a yoga mat, a towel, and water.

Ignite your heart this Valentines season with an evening designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Hearts on Fire is a soulful, all-levels experience blending mindful flow yoga, guided restorative yoga, and immersive sound healing to help you reconnect with yourself and the energy of love in all its forms.
We will move through an intentional flow to open the heart space, settle into stillness, and melt into the vibrations of crystal sound bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments—inviting balance, clarity, and deep relaxation. After class, stay and enjoy light bites and a refreshing beverage and of course, chocolate covered strawberries, plus connect with community, and soak in the cozy, heart-centered atmosphere.
This experience is for everyone—whether you come solo, with a partner, or alongside friends. No couples required, just an open heart.
