⚠️ Not All Red Light Therapy Is Created Equal ⚠️

We’ve seen it everywhere lately… $50 “red light” gadgets online claiming to do it all.

But here’s the truth 👇

Just because it looks red… doesn’t mean it’s therapeutic.

~ Real red light therapy uses specific wavelengths (typically 630–660nm red + 810–850nm near-infrared) that are backed by research.
~ Power output matters. If a device doesn’t list its irradiance (mW/cm²), it’s likely too weak to produce real results.
~ Heat is NOT the same thing as light therapy. A warm red bulb ≠ cellular stimulation.
~ Transparency matters. Reputable devices provide specs, safety info, and compliance details.
