We constantly strive to deliver individualized residential services that are advocated to meet each individual's needs, so people can live as independently as possible. focuses on self-determination of residential services that will provide stability, security, and community inclusion of those we serve. is proud of an excellent team of caregivers that work together to ensure that each individual we serve is satisfied with services. Management staff has earned degrees in areas of Psychology, Criminology, Radiology, Nursing, Sign Language and Behavioral Sciences. We strive to retain long-term employees throughout our residential program. Our agency serves children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. We strive to work closely with families, guardians, car providers and various social agencies involved in the individual's life. To us it is extremely important to work as a team in order to effectively support each person's needs.
