Our Story
I originally started practicing yoga to help my scoliosis and epilepsy, conditions which surfaced in my early teens. Happily, I can say from my own experience that mindfulness, breathwork and meditation really do work. Today I am free from 18 years of seizures and although I still have a small scoliosis, I never did get into the body cast.
Those conditions were gifts, inspiring me to learn from both western and eastern traditions for my personal healing.
Over the years I’ve enthusiastically integrated my experience of eastern scientific principles, core to my Meditation, Yoga, Sufi and Qiqong practice, with the scientific western principles’ foundation to my practice of Swedish, neuromuscular and myoskeletal massage.
I believe by uniting eastern and western healing traditions with my own discoveries along the path, I offer my clients a profound experience of healing and wellbeing.
