We learned about “Healthy Living in the New Year,” examples of exercise programs, what the programs should include and why focusing on consistent activity and movement is helpful for overall fitness, including flexibility and balance.

The Christmas season was so busy that we saved our peppermint bark tradition for the New Year!

Residents always look forward to our Tasty Tuesday projects, and this one was a sweet success.

With help from family members, everyone had fun crushing peppermint and creating treats together.

Along the way, we even learned some fun facts about the history of this classic holiday favorite. 🍬✨

Residents enjoyed spending time with the cutest pigs during a special visit filled with smiles and laughter.

The pigs showed off their musical talent with a tune on the piano, jumped through hoops, and even shared a few sweet smooches.

We also learned they love peanut butter and Cheerios!

Everyone had a wonderful time, and we’re already looking forward to their next visit.
