We spent the morning honoring veterans for their selfless sacrifice and dedication, whose bravery keeps our freedoms protected. 🇺🇸

The ceremony was heartfelt and emotional, featuring a beautiful tribute, poem, and patriotic songs like “God Bless America,” “America the Beautiful,” “My Country 'Tis of Thee”, and “Anchors Aweigh.”

Each veteran was recognized with a pinning ceremony and a certificate of appreciation, and we also honored their spouses, children, and parents.

A big thank-you to Jennifer Wolfe with AccentCare for sponsoring this special celebration for the amazing veterans. 💙

Every pumpkin was creative and unique, making it a tough vote for residents and staff alike.

Resident winners: Nina (1st) and Kathy (2nd); Staff winners: Meghann, Roman, and Jess with “Eye Candy” (1st) and Shan’e, Derisha, and Jayda with “Outer Space Invasion” (2nd).

We’re enjoying the start of fall and the creativity it has inspired! 🍂

With Halloween just around the corner, residents created some fun “Halloween Art” using old jeans, frames, flowers, and other materials. Some even made multiple versions of their designs, showing off their imagination and skill.

Best of all, we loved spending time together, encouraging each other, sharing laughs, and making wonderful memories! 🎃💛
