Here’s the science:
Your brain relies on light cues to know when to wake up and when to wind down. Blue light (the kind from your phone, laptop, and TV) mimics the sun. When you scroll late at night, your brain thinks it’s high noon! ☀️

The result?
❌ Melatonin is blocked: The hormone that tells your body to sleep never gets the "go" signal.
❌ Nervous System Disruption: Your body stays in "sympathetic" mode (fight or flight) instead of shifting into "parasympathetic" (rest and digest).
❌ Poor Sleep Quality: Even if you fall asleep, your nervous system isn't getting the deep, restorative recovery it needs.
