Ever finish a workday feeling like you aged 40 years—just from sitting?

We’ve got patients in their 20s walking into the practice with posture patterns we used to see in retired factory workers.

And most of them are saying the same thing:
👉 “But I’m just sitting all day…”

Exactly. That’s the problem.

When you sit for hours staring at screens, your hip flexors tighten, your glutes shut down, and your lower back bears the load. We call it gluteal amnesia—your butt literally forgets how to work. 😮‍💨

It’s one of the most overlooked causes of back pain in students, remote workers, and digital creatives.

✅ The fix? Set a movement timer. Every 30 minutes, stand up and squeeze your glutes for 10 seconds. Bonus points if you stretch.
