Yoga is coming to Saint Thomas!

The Spiritual Center will be hosting weekly adult and parent-child yoga classes starting in April, 2020. Yoga is for EVERY body and this gentle practice will focus on flow, mindfulness, and vitality. Do you want to connect with your child in a fun and meaningful way? Do you have a neighbor who is not really interested in church, but would come with you to do a yoga class? The mission of the Spiritual Center is to provide a nurturing environment for persons seeking to awaken, explore and deepen their spirituality and to provide opportunities for spiritual growth, healing, and scriptural holiness. No matter who you are, what questions you have, or what faith tradition you follow, we invite you to come to the Center to explore, experience and engage. We offer workshops, classes, day-long retreats, and prayer walks that provide an unintimidating introduction to the riches of the Christian spiritual tradition, as well as opportunities to discuss broader issues of meaning in dialogue with thinkers and practitioners from other religious traditions.
