The seasonal change is upon us! Darker nights, colder days, busy holidays, sugary treats...remember to take care of YOU!

Some easy, but beneficial tips:

Increase your Vitamin D supplements (at least 5,000 IU daily)

Movement! Bundle up and enjoy the beauty of the season with a simple 20 minute walk.

Get restful sleep. Turn off social media before bedtime, open a book instead. Create a cozy sleeping environment. Enjoy an Epsom salt bath before bed.

Enjoy the sweet treats, but keep it at a minimum. Find healthier alternatives!

Remember it's okay to say NO if your schedule is too busy. Time with family and friends should fill your cup, not drain it.

And, we are always here to support your body through chiropractic care! Keep that spine aligned, give those muscles some love, and allow your nervous system to regulate.

** ALL TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!**

We have our Giving Tree tags! This year we partnered with SEEDS of Lancaster. They help families with a multitude of needs within the Conestoga Valley School District. This year looks a little different...we have ALL boys and older ages too! You will notice in parentheses an amount, this was designated by SEEDS in order for each child to receive roughly the same amount in gifts. This is a guide to help in purchasing gifts.

All gifts are due back to the office by DECEMBER 9th! A little earlier than we are used to, but they are having the parents be hands-on with wrapping for their own children and will need time to organize that. We think that's a great idea!

If you would like to participate, please comment below with the tag number of your choice. We will also have physical tags available at the office later this week.

And as always, THANK YOU! We have had so many patients asking about this back in October!! It brings us so much joy to see how big of an impact our patients can create. Your kindness goes a long way! Let us know if you have any questions!

The holidays are fast approaching and we would love some suggestions for our Giving Tree! If you know of an organization that works with families in need, please send us some information. We typically can help 2 small families with gifts for Christmas. Send your suggestions to us at scatkofamilychiropractic@gmail.com or reply below. We usually make contact with the organizations by the end of October/beginning of November to allow enough time to gather the needs and organize the process. Thank you so much!
