Here are 5 Tips to help keep you pain free:

To avoid pain while wrapping presents, skip sitting on the floor and instead use waist-height tables, take frequent breaks to stretch (neck, shoulders, back), keep supplies within arm’s reach at an ergonomic station, and wrap in shorter sessions or use alternatives like gift bags to prevent strain.

Ergonomic Setup & Posture

▪️Elevate Your Station: Use a dining table, kitchen counter, or even an ironing board instead of the floor to keep your spine aligned and use your arms, not your back.

▪️Organize Supplies: Keep scissors, tape (pre-cut!), ribbon, and tags close by to avoid reaching or twisting.

▪️Wear Supportive Shoes: If standing, wear comfortable, supportive shoes; avoid bare feet or slippers.
